Wow, I can’t believe how long this release has been in the making. a couple of years ago, we were honored to be allowed to build MobiSec under the DARPA CyberFast Track process. We released the first two version quickly after that. Then at DerbyCon last year, we offered our MobiSec course for the first time publicly. During that session, version 1.2 was provided to the students. But somehow that version was never made public. (Sorry. That was totally my fault!)
So jump ahead a few months. Jason Gillam was scheduled to teach the MobiSec course at the Charlotte ISSA event this week. He began updating the course and MobiSec along with it and now we have version 1.3.
It is available at http://mobisec.professionallyevil.com If you are interested, Secure Ideas is offering the related course at both BlackHat and DerbyCon this year. Go ahead and download the project and sign up for the course. 🙂
